Selection Criteria For KPMG Graduate Trainee Programme
1. Graduate Test
KPMG Nigeria’s Graduate Trainee Programme is a highly competitive program that attracts thousands of applications from talented and ambitious graduates each year. To select the most suitable candidates, KPMG employs a rigorous selection process that includes a range of assessments and tests, such as the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) based aptitude test and Situational Judgment Test (SJT).
The GMAT is a standardized test that measures verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills, while the SJT assesses candidates’ critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Candidates who perform well on these tests will have an advantage in the selection process. It is essential for candidates to prepare thoroughly for the GMAT and SJT as these tests play a critical role in the selection process. By demonstrating strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking qualities, candidates can differentiate themselves from other applicants and increase their chances of being selected for the programme.
